 Oversee procurement, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware assets – laptops,
desktops, printers, routers, servers, etc.
 Ensure upkeep of branch network infrastructure – internet, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint
devices.
 Implement and manage endpoint protection, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
 Coordinate with vendors for AMC and IT hardware services.
 Manage hardware inventory and maintain asset allocation records.
 Implement IT security practices including password policies, access control, and backup
management.
 Ensure compliance with RBI and internal IT Security guidelines and data privacy regulations.
 Lead periodic audits of IT hardware and security systems.
 Support onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT hardware and access provisioning
standpoint.
 Provide Level 1/2 IT support across the organization.
