1. Last‑Mile Logistics

• Plan and dispatch daily deliveries/pickups across multiple cities
• Monitor live routes via Delivery Management System; intervene to clear bottlenecks before SLAs breach
• Drive on‑time, first‑time delivery rate ≥ 97 %
• Ensure correct and accurate reporting of inventory movement via registers and inventory management system.

2. Warehouse & Inventory

• Plan and dispatch daily deliveries/pickups across multiple cities
• Monitor live routes via Delivery Management System; intervene to clear bottlenecks before SLAs breach
• Drive on‑time, first‑time delivery rate ≥ 97 %
• Ensure correct and accurate reporting of inventory movement via registers and inventory management system.

3. People Leadership

• Lead city managers, warehouse managers and supervisors along with ground rangers and technicians
• Set OKRs, coach on‑ground leadership, roll out weekly productivity huddles
• Build a culture of safety and customer obsession

4. Process Excellence & Cost Control

• Map every hand‑off, remove waste using Lean/Six Sigma
• Automate dispatch, mobile POD, and WMS scans

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce and create SOPs for packing, handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with E‑way bills, GST, state road permits
• Implement and manage quality control processes to maintain high standards of product and service quality.

6. Data & Reporting

• Own daily operations dashboard – OTIF, utilization, NPS and P&L
• Present monthly insights to CXOs; convert into action plan.
