Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive and achieve business goals inclusive of primary and secondary revenue targets. 
  • Drive & deliver periodically assigned marketing activations through trade marketing and sales development activities, BTL, merchandising at POP stores, agent branding etc. 
  • Participate in creation of sales and pricing strategies, translates strategy into action and ensures implementation of the same. 
  • Evaluation and suggestion on appointment of the best distributors and their on-boarding. 
  • Manage, train and motivate existing field sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve their individual sales target consistently.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales. 
  • Develop efficient and creative sales & marketing strategies and organise marketing and promotional activities within budget in consultation with the superiors. 
  • Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and build brand awareness. 
  • Support local level marketing initiatives and ensures timely collection. 
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with Distributors & Dealers in the assigned territory. 
  • Track and monitor competitor activities and reporting. 
  • Responsible for maximizing allocated budget and discount structure to achieve targets. 
  • Manage customer retention while ensuring growth in the number of new accounts. 
  • Responsible for managing customer complaints timely and efficiently. 
  • Builds and enhances capabilities in the team by setting team/individual goals that stretch their capacities, create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and prioritize continuous development of the team in their individual capacities to ultimately enable the company to achieve its grand mission. 
Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM, preferably in Sales & Mktg with 2 - 5Yrs of relevant experience, ideally from same / relevant Industry. 
  • Excellent Man Management / Leadership skills to handle team and relationship building capability. 
  • Attitude to see through the process of implementation till the output. 
  • Solid customer service attitude. 
  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities. 
  • Effective communication skills and inter-personal skills.
