Project Implementa􀆟on:

 Coordinate and execute end-to-end installa􀆟on and commissioning of CCTV and ACS

projects at client sites.

 Conduct site surveys, finalize BOQs, and validate the design based on real-world

requirements.

 Supervise installa􀆟on teams and vendors to ensure adherence to 􀆟melines and quality

standards.

 Ensure proper configura􀆟on of cameras, NVRs, VMS pla􀆞orms, access control panels,

readers, and so􀅌ware.

 Conduct system tes􀆟ng, client training, and handover documenta􀆟on.

Technical Support & Maintenance:

 Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for exis􀆟ng CCTV and ACS installa􀆟ons.

 Handle fault diagnosis, remote troubleshoo􀆟ng, firmware upgrades, and performance

tuning.
