We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates.
• Assist with offer roll-outs, negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
• Participate in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and generate recruitment-related reports.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
