🔍 Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the EdTech or Manpower Services sector. This role demands excellent communication, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media platforms.
Qualify inbound leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct follow-ups, product demos, and ensure high conversion rates.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams for a seamless client journey.
Update CRM tools with accurate and timely customer data.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in Inside Sales (preferably in EdTech or Manpower sector)
Education: Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
Languages: Strong fluency in English & Hindi (fluency in a South Indian language is a plus)
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Exotel), MS Office
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal & written communication, persuasive selling skills
