Position: Executive – Inside Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Reports to: Team Lead – Inside Sales Company: Magic Billion (www.magicbillion.in) Location: Noida About Magic Billion: Magic Billion is a global talent management company - with the objective of supporting global businesses with their talent needs by providing targeted and skilled talent from India (across the spectrum from blue to white collar jobs). Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through lead conversion and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. 2. Qualify incoming leads and identify sales opportunities. 3. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions/products. 4. Follow up on leads, conduct product demos, and maintain a high conversion rate. 5. Collaborate with marketing and field salesteams to ensure seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and prospect data. 7. Achieve monthly and quarterly salestargets. Qualifications:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.  Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the Education/EdTech or Manpower Services sector.  Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating mid-sized salesteams.  Sales Acumen: Strong understanding ofsales processes, metrics, and techniques.  Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools such as Exotel, Salesforce etc., and Microsoft Office Suite.  Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed salestargets.
