1. Salary processing of blue collar factory workers on SAP 2. Finalization of contractor for managing of blue collar factory workers 3. Recruitment and retention of blue collar factory workers 4. Onboarding of blue collar factory workers 5. HR statutory compliance for factory 6. Employee relations for factory 7. Training coordination of factory workers 8. Ensure compliance to safety standards in the factory and labour laws with the industry standard. 9. Employee engagement / Performance recognition 10. Administration of factory 11. Administration of factory HR procedures. 

Qualifications Education – MSW, MBA (HR)

 Experience - 3+ Years 

SAP Knowledge 

Industry – Plant HR 

Location – Ahmedabad, Gujrat
