Qualification Required:

 B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

 Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology or related discipline

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in FMCG or food processing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily operations of the flour mill ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

 Plan, organize, and supervise production schedules to meet customer demand.

 Coordinate with procurement, logistics, quality control, and maintenance departments for seamless operations.

 Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

 Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory compliance.

 Monitor and control operational budgets and costs.

 Train and manage cross-functional teams including production staff and technical personnel.

 Use data and KPIs to track performance and drive operational excellenc
