• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials (e.g., wheat) and packaging materials.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI), hygiene protocols, and regulatory norms.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including plant supervisors, quality assurance, and logistics personnel.
• Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, and materials) and reduce operational costs.
• Analyze operational data to identify gaps and implement continuous improvement practices (lean manufacturing, 5S, etc.).
• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing teams to forecast demand and align production targets.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely maintenance of equipment.
