Position Overview We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our manufacturing facility’s operations team. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in factory or manufacturing administration. The role involves managing the day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with vendors, supporting internal teams, handling basic IT issues, and managing inventory and facility needs. Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations  Supervise the administrative team and delegate daily tasks.  Oversee smooth execution of office admin and IT support operations. Vendor & Facility Management  Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, pantry, and housekeeping services.  Liaise with IT vendors for minor technical issues such as Wi-Fi or device setup. Payment & Cash Handling  Manage petty cash and process minor operational expenses.  Assist in collecting necessary signatures and documentation for vendor payments and invoices. Event & Office Coordination  Support planning and execution of office events and internal functions.  Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth logistics. Inventory Management  Maintain records of incoming inventory including office and brand supplies.  Ensure stock availability and timely replenishment of materials and consumables. Candidate Requirements  Bachelor’s degree in any stream.  2–5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools.  Excellent time management and multitasking ability.  Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
