Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:


· Formulating strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.


· Responsible for sales and business development. Overall sales responsibility of the region


· Identifying potential clients and markets, developing relationships with key stakeholders, actively pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships through networking.


· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.


· Participate in pre-bid meetings and corporate/client presentation meetings as required and participate in Pre-sales activities. Ensure historical data is documented and archived on each quoted project.


· Review and finalizes project cost estimates as prepared by the Estimation Engineers in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work, material/ equipment/ and manpower requirements during the tendering phase.


· Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.


· Providing guidance, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.


· Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.


· Utilizing data and analytics to assess sales performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.


· Generating regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.


· Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress against targets and inform decision-making.


· Staying abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
