Job Description:

• Location- 251, Udyog Vihar Phase-4, Sector -18, Gurugram • Working Days- Monday to Saturday Sales Manager - B2B (Agri Input Sales)

Key Result Areas (KRAs)- • Sales Revenue & Target Achievement- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. • Channel Network Expansion- Identify, appoint, and manage a network of distributors and dealers, increasing the channel partner base by a target percentage quarterly. • Team Performance Management- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure they achieve their individual targets. A key metric is the overall team productivity and target attainment rate. • Market Penetration & Growth- Increase market share by acquiring new key accounts (FPOs, corporate farms) and ensuring deep penetration across the territory. • Payment Collection- Ensure timely collection of payments from channel partners and clients to maintain a healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) ratio.
