Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Data science-driven targeting of the users requires loans.

• Should have good knowledge of dialer, running campaigns over dialer. prioritizing campaigns, follow-ups, and required dialing attempts over dialer using data-driven strategies.

• Should be able to differentiate the attributions between the different marketing channels (calling, CRM, Performance), to find exact contributions by the calling alone on the similar data/user targeted through different marketing channels.

• Good knowledge of the user profile, which is the deciding factor for loan approvals.

• Work as a Telesales Manager– handling data and files, and checking the quality and productivity of the team.

• Driving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.

• Doing Daily call audits for the team, the agency, and the agents, and making necessary reports.

• Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned process.

• To ensure all members of the team are fully informed of targets and current sales positions.

• To be a proactive member of the team and support all calls.

• To collate, analyze, and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.

• Good in Analytics and strategies.

• To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are met.

• Implementing sales strategies.

• Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies.

• Setting weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Compiling and presenting sales reports.


Skills and Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree.

• Should be Experience in telesales.

• Strong leadership and sales skills.

• Excel and PowerPoint knowledge is a must.

• Ability to multitask.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Ability to write and present reports.
