Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist cum Admin to manage a broad range of human resources and administrative functions. The role requires someone who can balance HR responsibilities with day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations and support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities  Human Resources  Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data management.  Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.  Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.  Administer performance appraisal processes and support talent management.  Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.  Address employee queries, grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies.  Administration  Manage office supplies, vendor/client coordination, and procurement activities.  Oversee facility management, housekeeping, and office maintenance.  Handle travel arrangements, coordination.  Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and administrative compliance.  Support management in day-to-day operational tasks and reporting. Requirements  Reactive and Adaptable for any work or situation.  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  4–6 years of experience in HR and administration.  Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.  Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.  Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
