Key Requirements ● Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field. ● 5+ years of payroll operations experience in mid/large organizations. ● Hands-on expertise with HROne or similar HRMS/payroll systems. ● Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and labor laws. ● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliations). ● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
