*Refined Job Description (JD):*


*Position*: Field Technician / Field Engineer

*Location*: Greater Noida (Field-based)

*Experience*: 6 – 7 Years

*Salary Range*: ₹4 – ₹4.5 LPA

*Qualification*: B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication


*Key Responsibilities:*


* Install and commission telecom products (e.g., SDH or similar equipment) at field sites.

* Perform Integration & Commissioning (I\&C) activities for telecom hardware.

* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.

* Ensure timely maintenance and support for deployed systems.

* Maintain proper documentation of site activities and reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams and clients for successful deployment.

* Must be willing to travel frequently to client sites.

*Required Skills & Knowledge:*


* Strong understanding of *Telecom hardware* and networking systems.

* Experience with *SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)* or similar telecom equipment.

* Hands-on experience in *Installation & Commissioning (I\&C)*.

* Basic to intermediate *computer literacy* (MS Office, reporting tools).

* Familiarity with *network troubleshooting* tools and techniques.

* Good communication skills and client-handling ability.

* Prefer candidates who *enjoy field work and travel
