Job Title: Hub Manager – Logistics

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 years (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics hub.

* Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics processes.

* Manage a team of delivery staff, drivers, and support executives.

* Monitor inventory, shipments, and timely dispatch of goods.

* Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for seamless operations.

* Track KPIs to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

* Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain service quality.

* Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Skills Required:

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Knowledge of logistics operations, dispatch, and supply chain.

* Good communication and problem-solving ability.

* Proficiency in MS Office / basic systems.
