Job Summary

our Logistics is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Hub Manager to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations at our Nashik logistics hub. The role involves ensuring efficient dispatch, delivery, and operational excellence while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and control all hub operations including inbound, outbound, and delivery processes.
2. Manage a team of delivery associates, supervisors, and support staff.
3. Plan and optimize delivery routes for efficiency and timely execution.
4. Monitor shipment status, stock reconciliation, and minimize losses or damages.
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, NDR reduction, and productivity.
6. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and safety norms.
7. Conduct daily team briefings, performance reviews, and shift planning.
8. Resolve delivery or customer-related escalations promptly.
9. Generate and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports for management review.
10. Coordinate with transport, customer service, and central logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Skills Required

1. Strong knowledge of logistics and last-mile delivery operations.
2. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.
3. Good understanding of route planning and process management.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, logistics tracking tools, and data analysis
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).

3–7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations.

Experience with companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, or similar logistics firms preferred
