*Role Overview:*

The Hub Manager will oversee daily parcel hub operations, including sorting, dispatch, and delivery coordination. The role involves managing a team, ensuring timely shipment movement, maintaining accuracy, and meeting service standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage inbound & outbound parcel operations.

* Lead delivery associates and hub staff.

* Track performance (TAT, delays, delivery accuracy).

* Ensure safety, compliance, and hub maintenance.

* Prepare reports and coordinate with regional teams.

* Optimize costs and improve efficiency.

*Skills & Qualifications:*

* Graduate (MBA/PG in Operations preferred).

* 2–5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce.

* Experience with Flipkart, Amazon, Delhivery, etc. preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication & Excel/reporting skills.

*Work Details:*

* 6 days working (rotational shifts if required)

* Timings: 9 AM – 7 PM
