KeyResponsibilities:  FieldCollection Management: o Leadandmanagefield collectionteamstoensuretimelyrecoveryofoverdueamounts. o Personallyvisithigh-ticketorhigh-riskcustomerstonegotiatesettlementsandpayments.  Strategy&Execution: o Developand implementeffectivecollectionstrategiestominimizedelinquencyandNPA. o Monitordailycollectionactivitiesandensuretargetsaremet acrossallbuckets(DPD30,60, 90+).  TeamManagement: o Recruit,train, andsupervisefieldcollectionexecutivesandrecoveryagents. o Assignandmonitorfieldtasks,evaluateperformance,andensurecompliance.  Compliance&Documentation: o EnsureallcollectionsareconductedethicallyandwithinRBI andcompanyguidelines. o Maintainaccuraterecordsofinteractions, follow-ups,payment commitments,andrecovery status.  Reporting: o Preparedaily,weekly,and monthlyMISreportsoncollectionefficiency,recoverytrends,and escalations. RequiredSkills&Qualifications:  Minimum3yearsofrelevantexperienceinunsecuredloancollections.  Strongunderstandingoffieldcollections,skiptracing,anddelinquencyhandling.  Proficiencyinmanagingon-groundteamsandrecoveryagencies.  Strongnegotiation,communication,andinterpersonalskills.  Familiaritywith localmarketsinGujaratand willingto travelacrossassigned regions.  Graduateor above(Commerce/Financebackgroundpreferred). PreferredQualities:  PriorexperienceinNBFCsorfintechcompanies.  Goodcommandoverlocallanguages  Tech-savvywithexperienceinusingmobilecollectionappsor CRMtools.
