Location: Mihan, Nagpur Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years Shift: Night Shift Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator with expertise in Windows operating systems and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining server performance, ensuring system uptime, and providing technical support to end-users across both Linux and Windows platforms. Key Responsibilities  Manage core Linux system tasks including user management, permissions, and file system operations  Monitor server health, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and performance-related issues  Install, configure, and maintain servers and workstations  Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows users  Configure and manage network services such as FTP, SFTP, SMB, etc.  Ensure system security and maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes Required Skills & Qualifications  Strong working knowledge of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.)  Familiarity with system administration practices and tools  Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)  Experience in IT hardware/software troubleshooting  Ability to work independently with a strong problem-solving mindset  Good communication and documentation skills Additional Information  Job Type: Full-time  Shift: Night Shift (as per business requirements)  Location: On-site – Mihan, Nagpu
