Key Responsibilities ☼◦O Maintenance & Reliability  Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance for all production and utility equipment (extruders, blenders, cooling tunnels, packing lines, etc.).  Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation issuesto minimize downtime.  Maintain and update the maintenance tracker / CMMS, ensuring accuracy and timely PM completion.  Conduct Root Cause Analysis(RCA) for breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions. Projects & Technical Support  Support the Plant Head in installation and commissioning of new machines and line modifications.  Coordinate with OEMs and vendorsfor AMC visits,spare part planning, and technical audits.  Drive energy efficiency, cost optimization, and processimprovement initiatives. 5†—_5 Compliance & Safety  Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety, GMP, and statutory standards.  Maintain strong compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSAI audit requirements. +Team Development  Lead and train techniciansto build in-house capability and adherence to SOPs.  Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and proactive problem-solving.
