Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Engineering Excellence  Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all production and utility equipment — from barlines and powder blendersto chocolate processing and packaging machines.  Build and implement a robust Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar and digitaltracking system (CMMS).  Drive Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensure zero-repeat breakdowns.  Manage AMCs,spare part planning, and vendor performance to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
