Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 13+ years of experience as an Oracle Financial Functional Consultant.
3. Proven experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud Financials.
4. Deep understanding of finance business processes and regulatory requirements (GAAP/IFRS).
5. Strong proficiency in Oracle R12 and/or Oracle Cloud Financials (preferred modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
6. Exposure to integrations with third-party systems (e.g., banks, tax engines, payroll, procurement).
7. Familiarity with tools like AIM, OUM, or Oracle Unified Methodology.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

1. Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s)
2. Functional Knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools (OTBI, FRS, Smart View, BI Publisher)
3. Experience in Multi-Org, Multi-Currency, Multi-Ledger setups
4. Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
5. Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
