Guide and counsel prospective students and parents about courses and design career opportunities. ● Handle queries and concerns to successfully convert enquiries into admissions. ● Make follow-up calls and encourage walk-ins or online counselling sessions via Zoom/Google Meet. ● Interact with students, parents, and faculty to ensure smooth delivery of academic schedules. ● Track student attendance, test marks, and academic progress; provide feedback to students and parents. ● Assist in day-to-day center administration and maintain accurate academic and admission records. ● Participate in marketing activities, workshops, and promotional events as required.
