Quality Control & Testing

 Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process goods, and

finished products.

 Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests (depending on product

type).

 Ensure packaging materials meet required specifications and shelf-life standards.

 Monitor product sensory qualities — taste, color, odor, texture, etc.

2. Process Monitoring

 Observe and record production processes to identify deviations from quality

standards.

 Ensure hygiene and sanitation SOPs are followed on the production floor.

 Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where

deviations occur.

3. Documentation & Compliance

 Maintain accurate quality records, test reports, and batch documentation.

 Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

 Ensure compliance with internal standards, FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP,

etc.

 Support internal and external audits, including customer or regulatory audits
