We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing and marketing of Aluminum Composite Panels (ACPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent within the manufacturing industry, with a focus on technical, operational, and marketing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals in the ACP manufacturing and marketing sectors.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.

• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.

• Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions affecting the manufacturing and marketing sectors of ACPs.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive employer in the industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.

• Proven track record of sourcing technical and specialized roles.

Preferred:

• Experience working with Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) manufacturing and marketing
