Job Title: Brand & Creative Strategist

Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand & Creative Strategist who can seamlessly blend strategic insight with creative leadership. This role is ideal for someone who can think like an MBA but create like a designer, driving integrated brand strategies, shaping compelling storytelling, and ensuring consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
The position requires strategic business understanding, creative fluency, and hands-on leadership to deliver campaigns, brand narratives, and corporate communications that resonate with B2B audiences and prepare the company for IPO visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define, refine, and uphold the company’s brand identity, positioning, and tone of voice.
- Ensure consistency of brand expression across all internal and external channels.
- Develop long-term strategies to enhance brand visibility, relevance, and recall.
Creative Direction & Campaign Leadership
- Lead ideation and development of multi-channel campaigns — digital, social, print, TV, and experiential.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to translate strategy into compelling execution.
- Review creative concepts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand aesthetics.
Integrated Marketing & Communication
- Design and implement annual brand and communication calendars aligned with business goals.
- Build integrated plans across owned, earned, and paid media.
- Align internal communications and employee engagement with the brand narrative.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, CSR, PR) to maintain unified messaging.
- Manage external agencies, budgets, timelines, and quality of outputs.
- Present campaign concepts and brand performance insights to leadership.
Innovation & Market Insights
- Leverage consumer insights, analytics, and competitive research to inform creative strategy.
- Identify emerging trends and cultural movements to keep the brand contemporary.
- Drive experimentation in storytelling and creative formats.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Graduation or post-graduation from a top-tier institute in Marketing, Design, or Communications. Examples include:
- India: MICA, IIM, ISB, NID, Srishti, FMS, XLRI
- International: Parsons, SCAD, LBS, INSEAD, Central Saint Martins
- Preferred Educational Combinations:
- B.Des (Design/Visual Communication) + MBA (Marketing/Brand Strategy)
- BA in Advertising/Communication Design + PGDM/MBA in Marketing/Branding
- MBA (Marketing) + Certification in Design Thinking, Creative Strategy, or Brand Design
Experience
- 8–12 years in brand strategy, creative leadership, or integrated marketing, ideally in corporate or consumer brands.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and corporate branding initiatives.
- Exposure to agency collaboration, brand launches, corporate films, or identity projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking with creative instincts and design sensibility.
- Hands-on understanding of creative processes and tools (Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus).
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Understanding of digital, social, print, PR, and experiential media ecosystems.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
