Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent command over MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and format documents such as emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing data, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure a high level of professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional behaviour and discretion when handling sensitive information.
