Job Overview


We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent command over MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  2. Manage and coordinate the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  3. Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  4. Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  5. Prepare, review, and format documents such as emails, memos, reports, and presentations.
  6. Assist in preparing data, reports, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and ensure a high level of professionalism at all times.


Requirements


  1. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  2. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Professional behaviour and discretion when handling sensitive information.
