Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:  
 
.∙  Requirements allocation, clearing them doubts and maintaining them to work on time and reaching 
targets 
.∙  End To End Recruitment. i.e., Screening, Sourcing, Short listing, Calling up for Candidates 
.∙  Experience on Contract Staffing,C2H Staffing,Permanent Staffing. 
∙  Basic conceptual understanding of skills and terminologies. 
∙  Maintain a good pipeline of profiles to sustain healthy recruitment turn-around time. 
∙  Coordinate interviews between HR and the operational rounds and follow up till the joining of the 
candidate.∙  Gathering requirement from the client. 
∙  Sourcing profiles from different sources (Job Portals, Job Postings, and References).
